Please note that we do not issue invoices for conference registration.

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent when full payment has been received.

Cancellation
Notification must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 1st May 2002 will be refunded minus an administration charge of NOK 500. Registrations after 1st May cannot be refunded but substitutions can be made.

A full refund will be provided for accommodation cancelled prior to 1st April 2002. After 1st May deposits cannot be refunded.
