How to get there?

Bergen airport has daily international services and frequent connections with other national airports. The airport (15 km from the city) is connected to the city center by frequent bus services. By rail Bergen is connected to the east of the country by the splendid Bergen - Oslo railway, which runs an express service across the mountainous roof of Norway. Communications by road, rail, sea and air between Bergen and the Continent , as well as with the rest of Norway, are excellent.

Visas
A valid passport is required for entry into Norway. No visa is required for travellers with passports from European Community, the United States, Canada or Australia. At least six weeks prior to departure visitors from other countries should contact their local Norwegian Embassy or Consulate.
